Nauseated, diarrhea, and constipation 2 days

Im around 8dpo and have been nauseated, had diarrhea, and constipated for 2 solid days Does this look like a vvvfl or is it an evap line? I took the picture after 20 min but it did look like that within the 10 min window. Also has anyone else had obvious pregnancy symptoms before a bfp? I have also had very mild cramping, a tinge of blood after sex, and lower back pain. Thanks everyone!
