12 days late

Hi ladies I need a little advice before my appointment NEXT week…my period is usually on time but I’m 12 days late this time and I’ve been having this brown discharge going on every day .. I’ll say since Tuesday of last week (started bout 3/4 days after my missed period) …

could this be implantation bleeding ? Old period discharge? I don’t know… I go to the doctor next week but I’m kinda anxious TODAY 😅.. I’ve taken multiple pregnancy test… all negative… I’m still having brown discharge, could this be signs of an enarly pregnancy?
