Basal Body Temperature
Can someone help me understand? I'm going to start chatting and I've read a bit but I'm not sure I've got this right.
Am I right in thinking of my temp is around 97 every day then suddenly it's 98 - this is a sign of ovulation? Has ovulation occurred by this point?
I probably sound really stupid but help please x
