Baby aspirin for better blood flow?

Hi ladies! This is my second pregnancy and I didn’t have the following issue last time so I’m hoping you guys can shed some light. I just had my 14 week check up with my OBGY and he told me that the blood flow through my uterine wall could be better and advised me that I should be on baby aspirin. He said it’s nothing to be worried about and he didn’t seem particularly concerned BUT the side effects if this doesn’t improve is potential preclampsia and god forbid, it could hinder baby’s growth down the line. 
Has anyone here had this issue? Anyone here taking baby aspirin and going through a healthy pregnancy. I don’t want to worry but…..

I took baby aspirin with last pregnancy and taking it with this one! Cant feel a difference but can be a good preventative measure :)

Hi 👋🏻 third pregnancy here. At 40+3 with my 2nd high blood pressure had me induced. This time around I asked my dr bc of having high blood pressure at the end of my last pregnancy and she said in reality really everyone should take aspirin during pregnancy. That it’s beneficial to basically everyone.

My doctor recommended me to take baby aspirin as well, this is my third pregnancy and I never took it before. She advised me that they usually recommend it to pregnant moms with a high Bmi to prevent preeclampsia.

I haven’t had this issue but I have heard of taking baby aspirin through pregnancy for this problem. They even suggested I take baby aspirin if I tested positive for Covid due to increased rusk of blood clots
