Hurting so bad

In need of some advice.. My best friend just told me that she's pregnant, somewhat unplanned. I was really shocked because for many years she always said that she didn't want to be a mom. I'm taking it so much harder than I wanted to... I have lost all hope that this is going to happen for us. I want to be thrilled for her... She's my best friend and it's so cool that she gets to experience this. But I'm so heart broken that I can't be pregnant too. How do y'all manage this?
