Pineapple method?

Please help.. okay I got a positive opk today around 10:30 am and yesterday at 9:30pm when should I eat the pineapple core?

Oh really ??? Here in our place people ask us not to eat pineapple during pregnancy. Need to try this than.

Okay I read it right now it said eat the core after ovulation  eat one piece for 5 days

I believe you are supposed to start eating it right away after you find out you're ovulating. Might want to do a little Google research to be sure.
