Help please, what is this?

So last night while i was sleeping i got a sharp pain which i thought was maybe my period starting (it wasn't) and woke up to go toilet, i stood up and small dribbles started going down both my legs. When i cleaned everything up i was getting back into bed and noticed this. This has never happened to me before, does anyone know what this could be? Also i didn't have sex or anything last night either.
