HELP ME PLEASE

my boyfriend didnt file his nails last night, and now i have a scrape/cut/abrasion thingy on my inner labia right next to my cooch. and it hurts SO BAD. i dont know how to treat the pain or how to treat the wound. its still slightly bleeding, and it hurts to pee, wipe, close my legs, walk. it just stings non stop and i cant really get a good look at how big it is or how deep it is, from what i could see it looks like the first 1-2 layers of skin and ab 2-3 cm long. HELP PLEASE
