Molar Pregnancy

Went in for my first ultrasound at a non Doctor place and the technician did not see my baby and I'm 11 weeks . I was told I'm having a molar pregnancy . I went to the ER but I can't d&c until my husband and I fly home from our vacation tomorrow . I'm beyond hurt , and so confused , my belly has grown I've had terrible morning sickness but I have no baby . I don't know what to do
