Please help me

I was suppose to get AF on the 1st and im yet to get it early month December i got my period then i spotted about week or two later so i went to the hospital and they told me i wasnt pregnant that i had a uti as well as the spotting may have came from a cyst rupturing. Do i still have a possibility of being pregnant? Ive been cramping and back pain as if i was getting my period but no sign of AF please help me
