7dpo bloodwork

Okay I posted earlier about getting blood work to test for progesterone levels. My blood work will be on 7dpo. We’re TTC #2 for a while now with not success but haven’t stopped trying. My question is should I add an HCG blood test to my blood work on 7dpo? Or just wait until closer to my missed period to take an at home test?

Would it be too early to detect a pregnancy via blood test at 7dpo? I don’t want to get a negative blood test then lose hope for the month if there’s still a chance I could get my BFP on a later dpo.
