Help? Suggestions?

My husband and I have been trying for over a year and hav had no luck getting pregnant, went to doctor after doctor after doctor and they all say my body works just fine to get pregnant but we haven’t been able to… we have tried everything from preseed to pills helping us get pregnant… and still nothing…. I’m ready to give up…. Idk what to do anymore. And before anyone asks I have been pregnant once and lost the baby, and my husband got his ex pregnant but she terminated the pregnancy. I’m just wondering what else we can do. Let me know please. Thanks!
