Hey beautiful mums my little one is 20 months old and she have black strain on teeth paediatric suggest her iron supplement ferro liquid 5 ml and on movicol junior for 6 month she have low iron and constipation is there any other mum experienced the same with black strains on teeth..thank you 😊
