Tips on how to relieve my constipation!!??

Someone please give me tips for constipation! I’m cramping so bad cause I have gas and constipation and nothing seems to be helping 😭

Prune juice ! Drink a cup and in a couple of hours you should feel better ! Then after start incorporating dried prunes into your diet. I eat like 1-3 a day and it’s helped so much

I’ve been dealing with it myself pp and the best things are drinking 3+ litres of water a day, eating soaked prunes (that I soak overnight in boiling water) in the morning, and psyllium husk (it’s water soluble fibre) currently once a day and only 1/2 tsp. And that helps me!! Hope you get some relief soon. P.s the prunes and increased fibre will probably make you gassy just fyi 😅

Worst case, give yourself an enema.  I promise you the acute constipation will subside and then you can go back to all the basics like extra water, fiber, cola wax exercise …etc
