Symptoms of multiples???

I am 6 weeks 1 day and this is my third pregnancy. This one feels way different then my other two. Could it be multiples? I have horrible nausea and morning sickness, my lower back is killing me, my breasts are soo tender and full. Any thoughts anyone???
