Bleeding 11 weeks

Hi All, I was just wondering if there was anyone that had experience of bleeding at this stage and everything being ok. I have been bleeding on and off for 5 days….. with occasional small clots. I have thought the worst and hoped for the best and this emotional rollercoaster has been so hard. I have a scan booked for tomorrow and im so anxious. I did go hospital but they felt it was ok but couldnt see anything on ultrasound as i had an empty bladder and there was nobody available to do internal. Has anyone else had similar?
