I’m 4 weeks and 2 days and went in to rule out ectopic pregnancy and we didn’t see a sac at all just thickened endometrium. is it normal not to see anything at 4 weeks? my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 11 weeks so I’m nervous :(
