Am I okay? Did I hurt my baby?

I lifted my dog who weighs roundly 140 lbs onto my bed... It was really quick but I'm afraid that I may have hurt my baby. I'm not feeling any pain at all but he is kicking and moving around fast

If you can normally lift that then your completely fine, I have two big dogs and asked my dr the same, it's the same with people who weight life , as long as they arnt over straining
