Headaches

I've been havin headaches on and off for the past 2 days, I'm 34 weeks and have slightly elevated bp but no swelling and no blurry vision. I had a blood test to check for pre eclampsia and also had my urine checked and it came back negative. Has anyone else has headaches towards the end? And is is just a coincidence that i also have slightly elevated bp? Or should I get a second opinion?
