This is a mantra/chant/poem I came up with that is helping me with my emotions about TTC and giving me confidence about hopefully seeing a + soon. I want to share it with all of you in hopes you see yours as well! I do mine in the shower, as that it where I feel pure and in 'zen mode', but you may use it anywhere you feel the same!

When I go in the shower, I focus on the nice, hot water washing all around me. I place one hand on my belly, and one on my groin. I breathe in deep, then breath out. Aloud I say, "Creat. Conceive. Create. Conceive. Help me Goddess of the Earth. Help me, Green Father. Allow me to carry a life inside of me. Bless me with a child, one to call my own. Create. Conceive. Create. Conceive." I then continue to focus and breathe, drawing in positive energy and thoughts. Allow yourself to maybe sit down in your tub or shower if you can, or continue to stand. Feel the hot water. Feel your emotions. Connect with Spirit, connect with the Universe. All that you want need only be asked for once, and the rest will be put into place.
