Leaking breast...could it be?

So NYE I was cramping and had a headache all day. Not due for AF till 1/16. New Years Day my hubby and I were DTD and he said something was coming out of my nipple. Well I did a quick squeeze and looks like colostrum came out. I tried the other and got the same thing. Today we DTD again and I asked did he taste anything and he did. Still cramping a bit and now my breast feel very heavy and it feels like the "let down" effect you get when breast feeding. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. It made me believe that I was experiencing ovulation symptoms. However they have never been this intense before. Or is it just too early to detect pregnancy? I'm so anxious! We are ttc #3.
