Hi mommies! First time mom here, and my baby boy is almost 6 months and about to start his solid food journey 🤩🥳 (super excited) and we wanna get things ready….my main question is, do we get him a high chair or not yet? 🤔

I'm a bit cautious because he can't sit on his own just yet, but he's actually got impressive head and shoulder control. He can manage to sit with a little help, like when we hold him around the waist or under his armpits, or if he has some support behind him. I'm just not sure if putting him in a highchair might make him tired or if it's okay for his hips and waist when he's not quite sitting on his own yet.

I’m thinking of getting the Joie Multiply 6in1 Highchair for Baby 6 to 72 months.
