Is this normal?

Hey guys! For some background info first I gained a good amount of weight in the past two years and my breast grew pretty fast. When my nipples get hard, on my right breast only the top half gets hard, the bottom half stays kind of puffy (like normal). Also, some parts of my breasts, when I touch them, I can’t feel the touch as much. I’ve heard of some peoples losing some feeling in their breast when they grow fast, but I wanted to ask if I should get this check out by a doctor or not. I’ve been trying to search for an answer online but I’m not seeing anything. TIA :)
