Microadenoma

Just started seeing Dr for infertility after trying for 3 years, my prolactin levels were 83.1 and redraw of 60.1 fast forward to my MRI and i have a 2mm microadenoma. I’ve always had regular cycles and ovulate every month (confirmed by blood test) I had a HSG done last week and my husbands semen analysis was normal so we tried this cycle regardless of just finding the tumor. Any success stories? I’m getting referred to a endocrinologist and I know most women don’t conceive until they start medication, but I haven’t seen anyone else say they have a microadenoma with regular cycles and still having ovulation. The only symptom I have of the tumor are headaches and my nipples did leak once but that’s it.
