period for 13 days, positive PT on 12th day. What to do?

pregnancy Tested negative on the day before my expected period. Day 1 came and it’s just a small tinge of blood when I wiped. Tested negative again on day 3. Cut the story short, I still have bleeding yesterday which was my 12th day. Decided to test again and it’s POSITIVE! Went to my OBGYN and had HCG bloodworks. Will have to test again tomorrow. I’m worried since I’m still bleeding and now it’s even heavier than usual. This is my second pregnancy, had miscarriage in April. Anyone?
