Bleeding for the second time this month!!

So i had a normal period from September1st-5th although this time my boons were soo sore i couldnt even sleep on them. They were soo sore like when youre breastfeeding and they are filled up with milk. Now I'm supposed.to be in the middle of ovulating and started bleeding yesterday at first old blood then bright red blood. It was enough to need to use a tampon. I

was bleeding from 12pm-6pm and nothing more. Then today again its more like spotting with darker (old) blood. Has this happened to anyone? Idk what to think
