Anyone else experiencing crazy lower back pain already!?  I'm 15.3 weeks so I didn't expect it this soon!  I have only gained one pound so far so I know it's not weight gain.  I'm wondering if it could be pelvic girdle pain.  I sleep w a pregnancy pillow and everything but still can't get comfortable and toss and turn all night.  Only thing I've found that slightly helps is Tylenol and stretching before bed.  Even my heating pad doesn't help!  Ugh!
