Getting pregnant after miscarriage !! HELP!

So my cycles were kind of always not super regular it would be normal to go a week or so late it would always be up and down. Never got pregnant until I got married and started trying after about 3 months I was 3 weeks late (which was normal for me) and did not think I was pregnant. My husband made me take a test and it was positive! I was never so in shock in my life! I secretly never thought I could get pregnant since I am 30 and had unprotected sex in relationships and never gotten pregnant. Long story short after a couple of ultra sounds my pregnancy stopped developing and no heart beat happened. At about 6-7 weeks I miscarried. Devastated would be an understatement. I miscarried naturally and that lasted about 10 days maybe more of bleeding. It took about 2 months to get my period back and since then it’s been pretty abnormal. It’s not been 5 months and I am worried I am still out of wack. Been trying with no luck. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any helpful advice? I am really getting stressed. 🙏🙏
