Miscarriage cramping

Is it normal for cramping to happen on and off for almost a week? About a week ago I started having light bleeding and light cramps that got heavier over the next couple of days and I had about 2-3 days of cramping like a heavy period and now every once in a while it gets pretty painful again but it’s on and off. Is it normal for cramping to go on for almost a week? I was 7 weeks when I miscarried. It basically feels like a heavy period with cramps that get heavier at times . It’s tolerable and Tylenol helps but I just never saw anyone say that it lasted that long for them.
