Anyone use this on their lo or themselves?

I've tried everything for my sons eczema and I just started using this on him today.

My son has/had eczema and was prescribe "Vanicream" You can get it at Target too. It's been his daily lotion for about 2 years and he's 2.5 years old

Let me know how it works for you! My son has eczema that gets worse in the winter with the cold. We started using the brand California Baby which is sold at Target and that has been helping tremendously however I'm always looking if any products seem to work better!

If you are nursing use s little Breast milk on the eczema.   I know it sounds weird but my sil read it somewhere and tried it.  Was amazed at how it cleared baby up.

It works well for dry skin or eczema, but I don't know that it will do anything for baby acne... that's a response to hormones, so generally nothing really clears it up until the hormones decrease. You just have to wait for it to clear up in its own
