Need some advice...

This is my first time testing positive. I've had some cramping going on, almost feels between period cramps and diarrhea cramps (but don't have that). After urination, when wiping there is pink or even brown mucous on the toilet paper. I keep testing every morning and it keeps coming up positive. Being a holiday weekend, can't get a hold of the doctor. Does this sound normal? How do I know if something isn't right? I don't know what feeling is normal and what could indicate a problem!
