Hcg did not double in (almost) 72 hours

Hi mamas. Congratulations to all!!!

I started experiencing very light bleeding, on and off, since Friday. I did blood work and Friday and the HCG LEVELS came in the 8,000s and today in the 14,000s. So I’m missing 2000. The nurse said it might be ok. Can this be a viable pregnancy?
