Usually AF is the same. I don't have an heavy cycle no extreme cramping. My last past cycle I had extreme cramping (for me) the 1st day was heavy (than my usual) the second day was non to spotty, I was able to BD with my SO without any signs of being on my cycle..the next day I was spotty but later it was pretty light the fourth day I was very spotty kind of light and the last day nothing...my question is is this normal I've never experienced this before
