I’m not sure if my body is capable of this pregnancy?

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I have fibromyalgia and I’m in a lot of pain every day which is affecting my mental health and sleep severely. The doctors won’t give me any meds for the pain. I’m having doubts about my body being able to do this. What do I do? 😭

Hi hugs and congratulations. I actually understand I have CRPS and am pregnant with my third. I'm in so much pain and limited resources. I am back in physical therapy and occupational therapy. I soak in a tub a lot. I take unisom to sleep as it's the only thing safe. Truth is I cry a ton. I can barely walk at 8 months pregnant. I'm needing basic help with my other kids. My husband sometimes is understanding other times it's hard as I'm the stay at home mom and had to quit my job early this pregnancy as my pain causes a load of issues. This is nine months and I've done it before and I've survived. I suggest asking for help as much as possible and seeking therapy too if needed. Pain conditions and pregnancy are hard but you are not alone.
