Baby shower theme?

Im due April 6th and my mom is doing my baby shower and we are looking at themes so she can get a head start😂 but I’m trying to figure out if the theme of the baby shower should match the time I have the shower or when the baby is due? So for example since I’m due early April should I have a spring kind of baby shower even if it’s still winter when I have the shower or if I have the baby shower late February early March would I do a valentines or winter theme? I’m not sure what would fit best, with my first I did a fall pumpkin vibe she was due in late November and I had the shower early October so it was fall for both these times and it fit either way. Also need some February early March shower recommendations I can hardly find any good ones.
