Not drinking while TTC

So I drank fruit juice during new years because we are TTC and now everyone thinks I'm pregnant. I feel like it's adding more pressure to us TTC since I'm not pregnant. I told people we are just trying for a baby but i am not pregnant and they all called me a liar. Is it not a normal thing to not drink while you're TTC?
