What do you guys think?

At 12 dpo, I had a faint positive result, but then I started spotting and, within an hour, it was like a regular period. I bled for four days, and I was convinced that it was a chemical pregnancy, and I still think it might have been. I decided to go and have my hCG levels checked. The result was 6, and I was advised to have them checked again after two days. I went ahead and got them checked, and my hCG level is now 23 and also I had an ultrasound done the same day , but it was too early to see anything clearly, so they performed a vaginal ultrasound. They were able to see the yolk sac, but they said it was still too early to draw any conclusions.
