I started bleeding on Sunday. Had a bunch of bleeding. Blood clots. But this came out today ?

How far along were you? I'm so sorry. 
Normally fetal tissue will look greyish or white? It may be that it's inside the sac or something in that photo. When I lost my 12 week old baby in the hospital the nurses were rummaging through the larger clots to make sure baby wasn't inside them. He did end up coming out on his own, not stuck in a clot or sac.
