Threatened miscarriage

Hello everyone I know this is a touchy subject but about a week and a half ago I went into the er for severe abdominal pain and it turns out I was bleeding around the gestational sac. They had me on bedrest for about a week and after being up and around for the last three days last night I started having the same pain. Nothing helped. I tried resting, Tylenol, ice, heat, putting my feet up etc... I am a military wife and would love if I were able to call my obgyn today but they don't do weekend calls. My pain is still here and is radiating into my back. My husband works a long shift that starts at 6pm and goes throughout the night so I am scared to even mention going to the er because he was upset he had to take off work a week and a half ago to help with our 3 year old son. I have no vaginal bleeding(and didn't before) but I have a bad feeling and the pain is persistent and I've been resting now for three hours and it hasn't subsided. Has anyone had a misscarriage without bleeding around 14-15 weeks?? I had an early miscarriage with my last pregnancy but had bleeding and was only 6 weeks. I have no idea what to do...
