Did I already ovulate?

Idk where else to ask this but did I already ovulate? Not currently TTC but my partner finished in me and I think I was ovulating. I ordered OPKS and plan B two days ago, they just got here today. I checked my cervix Saturday & Sunday the day after he finished in me and it was really high I could barely reach it, when I did it was soft, really moist, and I could feel this small dimple like thing. Checked early this morning and again half an hour ago and it was firmer this morning, still kind of high up but closed. It’s now lower, firm, and smooth, I can’t feel the dimple that I felt. I took an opk and it came back negative. Is it safe to assume I already ovulated?
