To find out, or not to find out?

Hey hey! My husband and I are 50/50 on finding out the gender of our baby before birth. Part of us thinks it would be fun to know planning wise so we could personalize the nursery, get cute boy/girl outfits. The other part of us thinks it’d be a really special intimate moment to find out at birth and have a whole “it’s a (blank!)” moment. What do you guys think??

I always say I want to wait and have it be a surprise but I’m way too much of a planner to be able to handle that 😂 I say if you can wait then go for it!! If it was my first or I had one of each gender already I think I could wait easier, but I have 2 boys so this time I’m really anxious to know if I’m still a boy mom only or if I need to go out and buy all sorts of girly things!

We want to be surprised! Our family on the other hand is already impatient lmaooo. My son(11y.o)wants to know bad too he said he needs to mentally prepare for a sister lmaooo he wants a brother

This will be my 4th surprise! I always say that moment is the closest my life has felt to a movie. It’s so surreal. But only do it if you truly don’t care about the gender.

I’ve done both and hands down loved the surprise at birth! Hubby says we already had our fun and wants to find out lol you won’t regret waiting

I was set on finding out at birth. This is my 5th and last baby and I have two of each already. However , my kids really wanted to find out before then so I caved and we are going to have a gender reveal party.
