Hepatitis B Core Total Antibodies Positive

Hi, I just had a lab test and my Hepatitis B Core Total Antibodies came back positive. At first I wasn't concerned about it as I read somewhere here that it means that you're immune to it and had a vaccine. But the doctor messaged me which is not my primary doctor just someone who's covering my doctor said hepatitis B came back positive and might need to workup. So now I'm kinda scared as I'm 10 weeks pregnant. Has anyone had this test before and came back positive? Thank you in advance.
