Feeling Anxious

This is my 4th month TTC, and I'm getting anxious. Today is 12 DPO, but the last few months I've started spotting at 13-14 DPO before AF shows at about 18 DPO. We used preseed and essential oils this month, so I'm hopeful but trying not to be overly hopeful.
