What would YOU do?

A year ago, my boyfriend broke up with me spontaneously. Anyways, we broke up and then we got back together a month later.

I never check his phone out of privacy of course. But the night we met up to talk things through and get back together, his phone was in his hand and I glanced over thinking I wouldn’t see anything, and I see his best friends list on Snapchat and there is a girl named ‘Alexis’ On his best friends list, the rest are guys. This made me internally feel weird, because I don’t mind him having girls on his friends list from before we met, but messaging them is another thing. I never brought it up because we were broken up, and I wanted to start things off on a good note.

But after a year, I still can’t stop thinking about it. No, since then I have not checked his phone, but I just think who is she? I have no idea who she is, what she is to him, how they met, why they’re snapping each other pics, and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve caught him emotionally cheating on me in the past (messaging and developing an emotional connection with girls) so now, I’m iffy. I understand we weren’t together when I saw his phone, but I know he didn’t block her just because we got back together, and I would leave him if I found out they were still messaging. The only thing is, I don’t know how to find out if they are cause I don’t check his phone. I don’t want to bring this up to him cause this was last year, and I don’t want to start an argument because we’ve been doing real good.

YES I trust him but, I’ve been through this in the past with him so I’m still dealing with trust issues 🤷🏻‍♀️
