Labor sign?

I’m 38+5 today and desperately trying for my vbac but I have to go into labor on my own for them to do it. Anyway this morning I woke up with my underwear soaked (nothing on the bed) and when I wiped it was blood tinged. I took another picture I will post in the comments and it looks like it has mucus and blood.

Please let me know what you think! I’m relaxing in bed right now waiting for a call back from the on call doctor. I’m feeling very crampy and having contractions but I don’t know if they’re real (my contractions didn’t hurt with my first baby either)
