Getting this every time when I pee before pee.. from 4-5 days .. what it can be ? Had MC in Dec 2022 trying since then.

Cycle length 30-31 days , regular last 2 months didn’t do any monitoring for ovulation as it end up stressing us out. So no idea when did I ovulate this cycle but for sure happened this 4-5 days ago as experienced sharp pain on right side ovary and one tiny line of pink blood on 5 days ago.

Today lot of lower back pain too , no breat or nipple pain yet. Plz suggest what it can be ?
