3rd chemical now I need some hope!!

I just had another chemical pregnancy confirmed yesterday.😭😭😭 Now I have 3 chemicals including 2 in May and mid September last year. I did took folic acid 3 times a day, prenatals daily, aspirin 81mg once daily and progesterone once daily right away when I got my BFP. What did you ladies do differently? How can I improve my egg quality? My obgyn told me he wanted me to start the stronger blood thinner shots once I get another BFP again. I’m still so traumatized and heartbroken the 3rd time. This is killing me mentally. 😭😭😭 Please share my your successful journey after 3 chemicals and advise. I need some hope. 🙏🙏🙏Thank you in advance.
