Clogged Duct. HELP!

I’m breastfeeding my fourth child. I’ve had clogged ducts before but never this bad. He’s been getting frustrated because he isn’t getting a good flow and then it gets worse because the pump just isn’t doing the job. I don’t even know if I finally got it out or not because I’m still in so much pain. It feels like an elephant is sitting on my boob.

What I have tried:

Heat

Shower

Massage

Lactation Massager and Heat

Continued Latching and pumping

Epsom salt soak in haakaa x8

Hand expressing

Ice

My husband trying to suck it out

After the haakaa soak it will feel sore but overall way better but then after like 10

Minutes it’s back to the same. No matter how much I pump it’s still full and then gets worse again. Any suggestions?
