Prolapse and pelvic floor therapy, did it help?

A❤️C

I have a vaginal prolapse. I had it after my first and now it's worse after my second birth. I can have surgery but was referred to pelvic floor therapy. I was going to try it before going straight to surgery. But I'm worried it's a waste of time, I'm currently on maternity leave so it feels like the best time to actually have surgery. But I also would rather not have surgery. If you did pelvic floor therapy did it actually help and help you avoid surgery on your prolapse?
