Bump on the left side of my clit

I noticed tonight I have a bump on the left side of my clit, I can feel it and it’s a circle that is under the skin (like you can move it around) and it has my clit swollen on that side as well. I started my period on Tuesday last week and apparently it’s came up since. (It hurt a little to wipe Saturday so I’m assuming that’s when it came) what could this be? I googled and bartholin cyst came up and it looks similar but isn’t where a typical one is. I don’t have a appointment with my ob until oct 18th
